LA STORIA

cara cara is of modest origins. She already learned how to make savoury meals with seasonal natural products for the whole Famiglia, when she was very young. Therefore she combines traditional recipes with daring new creations. And where can she fulfil this task in a more creative way than on an enchanted, small island somewhere in the south? In a place, where the sun kisses the earth twice; where the wind, which is soaked in sea salt, reposes on the fields and trees. At cara cara everybody is cordially invited.

On this occasion sometimes two unequally large tables are placed together. Her sensual flair for cooking and the refreshing zest for life are so contagious, that it was not possible to hide the Italian culinary art from the ones that remained at home any longer. The brand cara cara was born.

THE BRAND

As a young man Giovanni Di Bennardo had the dream to give the longing for Italy a home. He founded the food stamp DI BENNARDO, which has made its mission in life to produce Italian delicacies.

On his tireless research for culinary challenges he met the young cara cara on a paradisiacal island in the south. Her sensuality, the passion to create something great in the kitchen with the use of less ingredients, inspired Giovanni Di Bennardo sustainably. He decided to share his discovery with the whole world. He developed the brand cara cara. 100 % prodotto in Italia, with natural ingredients.
